Infrared Film Photography Album Covers

The popularization of Infrared photography started in the 1960s when 35mm false-color infrared film became available from Kodak. The psychedelic aesthetic of IR photography also became popular because a number of popular artists – including Jimi Hendrix, Frank Zappa and Donovan used this technique on their album covers. Since then Bob Dylan and U2 have had usee Infrared Film Photography for their album covers.
