This fine grain 100iso film is ideal for outdoor photography.  While it’s mainly sold in Japan only, you can on occasion find it for sale here in the states.  Compared to FujiFilm c200 and Superia X-TRA 400, FujiColor 100 has less saturated reds which seems to do better with skin tones.  It has mild contrast and very good exposure latitude.

Surprisingly Good for the Money

This competes very will with Kodak Pro Image but with a different color pallet. Also, the rolls I have shot curl LIKE CRAZY. It looks like I put this film through a curling iron. But, if you can get it flat to scan it digitizes well & has good latitude for a consumer film. The grain is classic but finer than 200 iso consumer film.
